Read and Accept Disclosures
In order to apply for an account using the online application, you must read and accept the following disclosures that we are required to present to you:
e-Sign Disclosure
The Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (e-sign) requires your approval before we can present the Personal Deposit Account Agreement and Fee Schedule electronically.
Personal Deposit Account Agreement
This Agreement governs the terms and conditions of your personal deposit account(s) with us.
Fee Schedule and Rate(s)
The current Fee Schedule and Rate(s) applicable to the account you are applying for.
Account and Personal Information
We will ask you to provide information for the account(s) you are applying for, such as the Opening Deposit funds. We will also ask you for personal information that will be required to authenticate your identification and open your account on our systems if your application is approved. You should have the following information ready:
- Legal First and Last Name (including middle initial and suffix)
- Current Legal Address
- Social Security number
- Driver's License
- Date of Birth
- Telephone Number
- Mother's Maiden Name
- e-mail Address
- Your employer and employer's telephone number, or your employment staus (e.g. Retired School Teacher)
- The name of, the routing number of, and the account number at the institution you will use to fund the Opening Deposit of your new account(s). If you plan to use an existing account with us, you will only need the account number.
Identity Authentification
We are required by federal and state regulations to verify the personal information you provide us and authenticate your identity. To comply with those regulations, we will engage the services of a third party that will validate the information. Your approval to conduct this validation and share your personal information will be required. In addition, we will interact with you during the online session, asking certain questions to authenticate your identity.
Your application and identity verification results will be analyzed and reviewed. You will be informed of our decision regarding your application.
