Mr. Minahan has worked in the banking industry since 1985, with extensive experience in sales and relationship banking. Most recently, he was first vice president at Berkshire Bank, where he served as the director of sales and product development. Prior to working at Berkshire bank, Tim worked at Keybank N.A. as an area retail leader in the Albany, New York district.

In his current position as vice president of government banking, Tim is responsible for managing the relationships of the government banking clients and acquiring new business throughout the New York capital region, Adirondack region and northeastern New York.

Tim is a recipient of the Capital District Business Review's 40 under 40 Award, the United Ways of North Eastern New York's Rising Star Award, and the MS Leadership Award. He is a member of the Capital Region leadership program class of 2000.

Tim is a graduate of Siena College with a bachelor's degree in finance. He has also completed the BAI graduate program for retail banking at the University of Wisconsin. He serves as a board member for the Schenectady/Glenville Empire zone and is a past board member of the Pittsfield YMCA, Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Capital Region and the March of Dimes of North Eastern New York.

Tim is an avid runner and has completed 4 marathons, including running the New York City marathon twice
