Relationship Managers
In 2005 Rick joined the retail division of TD Banknorth and quickly advanced to the Government Banking Department in 2006. In his current role, Rick provides support to cities, towns, village, school districts, public housing authorities, colleges and universities in New York's upper and lower Hudson Valley Region. He is a member of the New York Government Finance Officers Association. Rick earned his A.A.S. and B.S. in business administration from Dutchess Community College and S.U.N.Y.
