Jay Crepeau joined the TD Banknorth Government Banking Division in June 2006 as vice president and manager of public finance. Jay's career in public finance began in 1978 with Connecticut National Bank, The Connecticut Bank & Trust Co., U.S. Securities, Inc., and Roosevelt & Cross, Inc. He has worked as a municipal bond salesman and trader, and has completed numerous negotiated refunding and new money bond issues for local governments and hospitals. He has managed bond underwriting relationships with the State of Connecticut and its housing and health and education agencies. Jay has also served as a municipal finance consultant in Eastern Europe for The Urban Institute and USAID. Jay is a graduate of Fairfield University, where he received both a B.A. and M.S. in financial management. He has been an associate member of the Connecticut Government Finance Officer's Association since 1979. He holds NASD Series 7 and 63 licenses, and is a MSRB Series 53 Municipal Principal.
