Through the TD Charitable Foundation and the financial grants it makes, we partner with area non-profit and public institutions to create meaningful change and improvement in our communities. Coupled with the commitment of our employees and the thousands of volunteer hours they donate each year, this makes a significant impact in the communities in which we live and do business. • Economic Empowerment
  This includes the areas of financial literacy programs, the promotion and development of affordable housing, job training programs for the disadvantaged, and the promotion of programs that develop local economies through small business support and community revitalization efforts.
• Youth Development
  This includes the support of initiatives designed to help young people, particularly those at risk, the advocacy of partnerships amongst youth, parents and community agencies, and the commitment to early development programs which prepare young people with practical life skills.
• Community Support
  This includes the support of programs and organizations which have proven records of arts and cultural enrichment programs, the development and expansion of programs which foster civic enhancement and address issues related to cultural diversity, and a commitment to programs that promote improvements to community health and human services efforts.
